Fly far.
Land ready.

Easy2Fly turns your whole flight into an hour-by-hour plan: when to get light, when to dim it, when to sleep, when to stop the coffee. It runs on your device, so it works in airplane mode, with no account and no tracking.

Nothing leaves your phone

No account, no subscription, no analytics. Your sleep and your flights stay on this device. The web app has no online step at all; in the mobile apps the one optional online step is looking up a flight number.

02

A plan for your body clock

Tell it when you usually sleep and whether you run early or late. Easy2Fly times light, sleep, melatonin and caffeine to where your body clock is right now.

03

Ready before the wheels are up

The planner, thousands of airports and every time zone live in the app. Add a flight in airplane mode and the plan appears.

01 · The experience

Built for the day you actually travel.

One calm screen tells you what to do now, what comes next, and why.

01

Now, then next

The first screen answers one question: what should I do right now? Below it, the next three hours.

02

Every step explains itself

Tap any instruction for the reason and the practical how: sunglasses on, lights up, mask down, phone dim.

03

Any flight, any zone

Search airports offline, including zones that sit off the hour, like Delhi and Kathmandu. Daylight-saving changes at either end are handled for you.

04

Your sleep, your plan

Early bird, night owl, a 2 a.m. bedtime, a six-hour sleeper. Melatonin and caffeine are opt-in, with plain cautions.

05

Reminders that work in the air

On iPhone, Android and Mac the app schedules reminders on the device, so they fire in airplane mode. On the web, send the plan to any calendar.

06

Change it any time

Flight delayed? Move it in two taps. There is no deadline, no locked setting, and no deleting and re-adding.

02 · How it works

From boarding pass to body clock in three steps.

  1. Tell it how you sleep

Your usual bedtime, how long you sleep, early bird or night owl. It takes ten seconds.

  2. Add your flight

Pick two airports and two times, or a flight number in the mobile apps. Easy2Fly works out the clock change for you.

  3. Follow the next three hours

Get light, dim it, take melatonin if you chose it, sleep. Tick steps off if that helps. Skip them if it doesn't.

03 · The science, plainly

Light moves the clock.
The rest helps.

Your body clock follows light. Fly east and it has to move earlier, which is hard. Fly west and it moves later, which is easier. A plan cannot skip the clock change. It can make the change much kinder.

Light

Light leads the plan. Bright light after your body's temperature low moves your clock earlier. Before it, later.

Melatonin

Never required. A low dose at the right time helps sleep and speeds the move. Mistimed, it works against you.

Caffeine

It keeps you alert. It does not move your clock. Small amounts, spread out, and none close to bedtime.

Sleep

Placed where it helps, including on the plane, with a reason for each block.

For healthy adults. Not medical advice. Not for pilots or crew on duty.

04 · Privacy, literally

No account.
No subscription.
No tiny print.

  • Your sleep, your flights and your settings live on this device. There is no Easy2Fly server to send them to.
  • This web app has no online step at all: flights are entered by hand, as two airports and two times. In the mobile apps there is one optional extra, looking up a flight number, and it runs from the device.
  • Airports, time zones and the planner ship inside the app, so everything else works in airplane mode.
  • No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no third-party scripts or fonts. That includes this website.
  • The first run asks for nothing. Reminders ask permission only if you switch them on.

05 · Get the app

Open it now.
Install it if you like.

The web app works today in any current browser and keeps working offline once it has loaded. Add it to your Home Screen on iPhone or Android, or build the native apps from source.

Open the web app
  1. Open Easy2Fly

Go to easy2fly.app/app in Safari, Chrome or Edge.

  2. Add it to your Home Screen

On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap Install app.

  3. Add a flight, then go offline

Switch on airplane mode and open it again. The plan is still there.
